A workspace's first paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial: the card is collected at checkout, the first charge lands after the trial, and cancelling before it costs nothing. The live log window is a line count sized to the hours shown at a typical pace (25,000 lines on Free). It is a fair-use figure, not a deletion promise: raw log lines are kept for 31 days on every plan, so upgrading opens the older ones again. Alerts and incident slices never stop. Web analytics keeps up to 31 days of the plan's dashboard history, and past the month's visits recording pauses until the 1st.
