Connect Slack
Paste a Slack incoming webhook URL, and alerts post to that channel.
What you get
- A message when a check fails 3 times in a row, and another when it recovers.
Connecting it
- In Slack, open your app settings, then Incoming Webhooks, and create a webhook for the channel.
- Copy its URL. It starts with
https://hooks.slack.com/services/. - In Alerts, press Add a channel, pick Slack, paste the URL and press Add.
The URL is a secret
Anyone with it can post to your channel. If you regenerate it in Slack, paste the new one here.
Checking it worked
Press Send test on the row. If the message lands in the channel, it works.
